10:3 states - "Debt resolution agencies that are involved in the collection of debt related parking charges must be members of the ATA." I have googled on whether Moorside are a member of ATA and it appears they are not. Are they still alowed to continue chasing of a debt on behalf of Ocean Parking (Anchor Security services) who apparantly are a member). Thanks
