How to speak to a human at Amazon UK?
see more. If you don't hear from them back, get in touch with Amazon. If you wish to speak to someone at Amazon, their phone number is: 02070847911.
I have been doing the above for 3 weeks

@steveh31 How much will it cost you to return it with Evri?

Would it perhaps not be easier to try and sell it locally to see if anyone else wants to buy and collect it?

What did Amazon say when you actually spoke to someone?

Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

You cannot speak to anyone at Evri if you don't have the name of the company on their system, my plan was to send the package back when they delivered the smaller size bath but as Evri's phone and live chat go round in a loop it wasn't possible to speak to anyone.

I am looking at selling it on if Amazon can't sort it but again I would be out of pocket as I cannot sell it for the price I paid.

I'm going to ask the obvious.
Did you measure the space available in the shower to check if it would accomodate a 1.22m long item?
Not that it applies to the return issue but the box actually says 118cm and I have the right to return a product if it is not suitable so this still doesn't solve the original problem. Amazon have messaged me three times in last 24 hours saying the same thing return to this name and address and I still cannot as the name will not come up in Evri search list of clients and I got a quote from Royal Mail wanting to charge me £56 to return to this dodgy address in Birmingham.
Appears the company you purchased from is a German company looking at their Amazon profile.

However if they are selling on amazon.co.uk I'd guess they are importing into the UK and dispatching from the address in Birmingham.
What did the paperwork which was supplied with it say? Where does this Birmingham address come from, amazon or evri or the seller?
Details on the amazon page say returnable within 30 days of receipt. I would ask amazon to confirm the returns address.
The seller provided the address with no proper name as stated in original post I have been going round in circles with Amazon for over three weeks they just keep closing the investigation and will not allow me to make a formal complaint.
Why do you need a name?
You have a address. Surely That is enough.

    Failing that go on google.

Why don't you try going onto Evri and see if you can search for a Mr Yiu in the company name or any name associated with the product

Sound like a person, not a company.
    Guess they are drop shipping.

Check the address on google maps.
    Odds on a house.

    The website states 122 cms

    The box says 118cms

    But it is  too big,

So despite the fact that the box states a smaller measurements  it is too big.

In that case your return is a change of mind return.

    Does  it say ‘free returns’?
