    I have now received the Directions Questionnaire from the Court. Am I able to send my copy to Parking Eye/DCB Legal by email? Or should it be by post? If I can just email it, which I would prefer, is it just their general email address? Thanks

    It just gets emailed to the CNBC and cc in DCB Legal, not PEye. This is already explained in the first 8 steps in the Template Defence thread.

    So I need to submit my Witness Statement by 6th February. I am so overwhelmed by it all and dont really know where to start. Starting to wish I would have just paid it from the beginning than have to deal with all of this. Can you help with a Witness Statement template/layout that I can just amend with the facts of my case? Not even sure what the format of a Witness Statement should look like. Thanks

    Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your help on this forum! I sent my Witness Statement off yesterday and they came back today with a Notice of Discontinuance!
