Has anyone used Paying Too Much travel insurance?

Used this company for my upcoming holiday to the states as mentioned on MSE website to try these for insurance for people with long term conditions.
I am having great difficulty communicating with them at the call centre which does not appear to be based in the UK.
They were supposed to call me back but haven't.
I travel next week and need to advise before I go on holiday, I have been diagnosed with another chronic condition.
Has anyone had any joy or difficulties with this company? I had to pay £800 for this policy but am anxious given my experience with customer services thus week.

Hi Notahappy1, I have used this company previously without issue. Currently though I am in dispute with Payingtoomuch! I contacted them to amend my policy details as is required. Payingtoomuch came back to me and told me that the underwriter would not cover my new or existing conditions, so I would be without travel insurance. I have been offered a refund of 40% on my policy, this is a derisory amount. I would steer clear of this company!0
