    a.    Edinburgh prize details:

    i.    Your stay is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s Day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK.
    ii.    Your prize includes off peak train travel that will need to be booked with us at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 06:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00.
    iii.    You will be staying in a 5-star boutique floating hotel, sharing a classic cabin with en-suite bathroom on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Subject to availability.
    iv.    Admission to the Museum of Communication is based on 2 adults. Museum exhibitions will open in May 2025. Please check opening times before attending. To avoid doubt no transfers will be included. 
    v.    Walking tour of Innovators and Inventors in Edinburgh is based on 2 adults. Experience will last approximately 2 hours. To avoid doubt no transfers will be included. Subject to availability. 
    vi.    Edinburgh Distillery Whisky tour & tasting is based on 2 adults. This tour will last approximately 1 hour. Tour includes a tour of a distillery with guide and tasting of 4 drams of whisky. Participants must be 18 years or older for the tasting. Subject to availability. 
    vii.    Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 
    viii.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

    b.    Cambridge prize details:

    v.    Entrance to the Cambridge Science Centre is based on 2 adults and 2 children. The museum is open every weekend and all through the school holidays from 10:00am to 4:00pm. 
    vi.    The Cambridge walking & punting tour is based on 2 adults and 2 children. This experience will last approximately 2.5 hours and includes a 90-minute walking tour led by University of Cambridge students, exploring iconic colleges, bridges, and famous sites. Then, a 45-minute punting tour along the river. Admission/Entry into the colleges along the route isn’t included. Subject to availability. 
    vii.    Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 
    viii.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

    c.    London prize details:

Subject to availability. 
    v.    Admission to the Royal Institution is based on 2 adults and 2 children. The museum is open Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00, on the first Saturday of every month for their Science Saturday events and are not open on any public holidays, including bank holidays. An itinerary for a self-guided 2 mile walking tour of Michael Faraday can be provided, which starts at the Royal Institution to Somerset House. 
    vi.    Sightseeing Cruise on the River Thames is based on 2 adults and 2 children. Experience will last approximately 1 hour. Meeting point starts at Westminster, ending at Greenwich. Please note this is one way journey. Subject to availability. 
    vii.    Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 
    viii.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

    18.    You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable. 

    19.    You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests. 

    20.    You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance. 

    21.    You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).  If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
