We have received a PCN from NSL. We want to know if this is a legitimate PCN as we have read threads on here that cause us concern. Our son was dropping off a hire car at the rental location at Stansted airport, we followed and drove down Coopers End Road, Stansted Airport (didn't see a sign), turned around and pulled up near the entrance, didn't turn the engine off, didn't get out the car and it was 1843 and now received a £60 penalty notice, just want people's thoughts on the situation.

Can we see a redacted copy of the NSL Notice to Keeper (NtK) - both sides, cover personal and car registration details, but leave all dates showing please.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Appeal as per the newbies , (as keeper only appeal) no "stories of that happened on the day - use newbies text only)
When its at POPLA stage you must appeal only on the basis that no keeper liability at Stansted. you need to concentrate on that point and that point alone1
