Help needed N1 Claim forms

Hi, 

this might be an unusual request. 

I have noticed there has been a lot of discussions regarding claim forms signed Yasmin Mia. For my own reference which am unable to discuss at this time but it purely for the benefit of the general public. 

Can anyone who has a picture of a signed claim form by Yasmin Mia dated from December 2024 until now please send me a copy. Obviously your personal data should be blacked out but the issue date and signature remain.

There are plenty on here posted by other victims of that legal company,  just find one and download a copy, just put her name into the search box, such as

thank you for your help

i have searched her name and although I have seen multiple comments about her claims I need a clear photo of the claim form and the date of issue after December 2024. 

If you have seen a claim form or know anyone who has one please let me know

We dont seem to have seen any recently,  since the many discussions on here about if she was a real person 

I doubt that you will be lucky enough to find a recent victim who actually reads this thread of yours,  most victims tend to be blinkered within their own case thread,  one reason we have to keep telling them to read and study other threads, including those in announcements

She seems to have disappeared after 2023

I think she left. Is that what you're getting at? Pre-signed claim forms used after she'd left?

Yes, I apologise the date I need is post December 2023. I have looked on many forums and I have noticed her name has been signed under statement of truth past this date written in comments but I need a clear claim form confirming this.

Well,  I couldn't find any claim forms with her name on after that date, just ongoing threads about ongoing claims started before that date but in progress after that date

I also think she left and we never saw her name since.

Companies House shows that she resigned as a Director of DCB Legal Ltd on 23rd November 2023.
