Hi all , today i have received a smart parking charge in a car park where i have been parking on and off for the last 25 days !! I believe they will be sending a few more and i have read the newbies thread , just not sure about what the best move would be , can i wait for all the pcns to arrive then appeal them at once? Or would i have to do each individually ? also if i get that many tickets does that make cancelling them harder ? thanks for your help .

You have to appeal each one , use the standard text for smart parking - but it takes less then 5 mins per pcn and if it auto fills with your address even quicker
On first appeal to smart Parking - use this (select the keeper option - if possible)
This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA. As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw
If they decline this , then it will be cancelled at POPLA using this text only, no please dont ask about adding extra text to either appeal!!!!!!
The operator does not have a contract at this site to issue PCN's5 -
Def as per above 👆. Just systematically manage each one as it comes in and appeal each one separately. An all-in-one appeal won't work.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
