The prize is a Mark Warner holiday to Paleros Beach Resort, on the Ionian coast of Greece, for a family of four comprising 2 adults and 2 children sharing a family room. The prize includes 7-nights half board accommodation, return charter flights and resort transfers from London Gatwick and over 20 included sports and activities with expert tuition, plus Mark Warner's signature kids clubs (half days for children age 3-5, full days for children age 6-17). 

The prize is valid for departures from June to October 2025. Travel dates, kids clubs and pre-bookable activities are subject to availability at the time of booking. 

The prize excludes: travel insurance, the cost of any passport, visas, or travel documentation required for the prize winner to travel; airport transfers between the prize winner’s home and departure airport; personal spending money; tips; or any food, drink or activities not mentioned in the prize description. Any additional taxes, costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

It is the prize winners’ responsibility to check that all visa, passport, travel insurance and health requirements are fulfilled. 

The winner uses the prize at their own risk. 

In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given. 

Mark Warner reserves the right to substitute the Beach Resort destination and/or featured activities with an alternative of comparable value, should operational requirements necessitate. 

Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests.

Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. 

WINNER SELECTION

All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random.  

The winner’s details (surname and county only) will be available for one month after the Closing Date by sending a request to the Promoter by at Waitrose Limited, Media Team, Floor 2, Waite House, Doncastle Road, Southern Industrial Area, Bracknell RG12 8YA, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, or alternatively by emailing customerserviceteam@waitrose.co.uk.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the prize draw entry. The winners will be required to respond within 30 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner. 

The holiday prize must be booked and confirmed with Mark Warner by the Winner within 30 days of notification. Electronic confirmation of the holiday will be sent within 7 days of booking.
