DCB LEGAL - COURT CLAIM

Hi Guys, first time here, and would appreciate some advice.
On 22/12/24, my son and partner were burgled at their student accommodation, just before Xmas. A crime was reported, and CR number obtained. The flat was left insecure, and the Landlords could not come out until after Xmas. Unsurprisingly, my son did not wish to stay in an insecure flat until it was made secure. I dashed down (150 miles) on a mercy mission, in my wife's car to collect them, along with anything valuable, and fetch them home. I was let into the secure Car Park by my son. We then loaded up the car, the kids etc, and left for home. I was unaware that the car park was a controlled space. The building managers had been emailed several times prior to the burglary by my son, as the secure entry system was not working and homeless sleepers had been found roaming around the building.
Move on to now. My wide received a few letters etc, but chose to ignore them unfortunately. She is now panicking that she will get a CCJ as a result of my attempts to assist the kids in their time of crisis.
The claimant appears to be

Legal Costs £50

I would appreciate any advice guys. I have another 12 days in which to respond

Show us the POC.
Read the second post of the NEWBIES thread for how your wife does the AOS then uses the Template defence.
She will not get a CCJ. Have a look at the thread by @BTS_mom near this thread right now. They've just done a defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
