    A grant that is available from UK government.

    That's very reasonable!

    I guess it's about ensuring though that the chargers are connected directly to each property.
    My worry with any of this is that it's an opportunity for the management company to charge say 40p per unit rather than the 7p that Octopus currently charge me.
