Here in Scotland the land of 'no lease holds' the Factor (management company) did offer to install EV charging points for every parking bay for around £800 per flat (with a grant) where I live.0

I guess it's about ensuring though that the chargers are connected directly to each property.
My worry with any of this is that it's an opportunity for the management company to charge say 40p per unit rather than the 7p that Octopus currently charge me.0
