CUE, as linked above, is the main db but it only holds Motor, Home and some injury claims. Not all insurers contribute everything to it. 

It also includes third parties to a claim so if you claimed off a third party for your losses and "forgot" to tell your insurers their insurers may have loaded your details as a claimant.
