CPM parking fine appeal rejected - worth carrying on the fight?

Hello!
New to this forum so hope I'm doing this right, but I need some advice.. we moved into our flat in 2017 (new build/converted old building), and there is a car park out the back. Not long after moving in the developer sold it to a new freeholder who has now said we aren't allowed to park there, no reason, just didn't want us to, despite us all having parked there with no issue for the last 7 years.
Last month, we had CPM signs put up and a warden come around with no warning, and we've all had a bunch of tickets come through the door (nothing on the cars, just suddenly loads through the post). The sign says we need a permit to park there, but we are not listed on CPM's website so I haven't been able to get a permit, the parking fine itself says I've been fined because no parking at all is allowed there - different to the sign on the wall!
We pay ground rent and its listed in our lease as common parts, and we've all been parking there with no issue for years. The management company just say "it's private land" with no evidence and no further communication.
It's incredibly frustrating, and with a young baby to cart about and no space anywhere on the road I'm livid at the stupidity of it. I've had my appeal to CPM rejected so I'm wondering if it's worth fighting it further or whether I should just suck it up, and try and find the money to pay?

Why did you go along with this without a fight? They can't interfere with your lease and you (get together with all leaseholders) must stop this nonsense NOW:Not long after moving in the developer sold it to a new freeholder who has now said we aren't allowed to park there, no reason, just didn't want us to, despite us all having parked there with no issue for the last 7 years.
Last month, we had CPM signs put up and a warden come around with no warning, and we've all had a bunch of tickets come through the door (nothing on the cars, just suddenly loads through the post).Make a formal complaint to the managing agents/freeholder along the lines of the wording this successful leaseholder did:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5997200/pcm-company-introduced/p1
And ALL LEASEHOLDERS (set up a fightback Whatsapp group) check your home insurance: do you have free legal cover? If so you could then fire off a solicitors letter.
Also, failing any leaseholder having free legal cover, look to see if there is a pro-bono law & housing advice solicitor in your area offering free half hour consultations.
In Brighton & London we have LawStop offering that, for example. Maybe you do too.
Then there is the Leaseholders Association who might help with this.
TO BE CLEAR: UKCPM MUST BE REMOVED AND YOUR PREVIOUS RIGHTS RESTORED.

Here's a pic of the fine, and a pic of the sign. I feel like if nothing else the difference between the alleged offence in the letter and the parking conditions is enough to make it invalid? As I said, I've also put in our postcode to try and get a permit but it says we're not listed.0 -
I feel like if nothing else the difference between the alleged offence in the letter and the parking conditions is enough to make it invalid? No. Don't go down that rabbit hole of taking this piece of paper seriously and wasting your time trying the kangaroo court of futile 'appeal'.
By all means complain and dispute it ... but don't buy into this scheme or look for reasons that make it void.
It isn't void but you'll never pay it.
There is a bigger picture. We told you what you must all do. You may need to get together with a local solicitor to end this scheme, if none of you have free legal cover or a local Lawstop or other similar housing law pro bono advice equivalent?
Did you look yet?
Show us the UKCPM screenshot page that shows there is no permit on offer for you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The lease doesn't specify parking, annoyingly, it just mentions "Common parts", we bought it as a new build and they only seemed concerned with the parking spaces out the front which were sold with flats, but the car park at the back was just there with marked out bays.DE_612183 said:1. Thank you, I really appreciate your info I've been going through it! Am definitely going to get some pro bono advice like you suggest, it looks as though there are some options in our area.

So you could use that as evidence and appeal the daft PCN (as keeper, not saying who parked) on the basis that UKCPM haven't offered permits at this location so there are none. The terms on the sign are impossible to comply with for any resident. The reason on the PCN doesn't match the sign either. This is not a no parking area and residents have parked here with an unfettered easement for some 7 years.
Bung that in and the same to the IAS laughable second stage but meanwhile tackle the war rather than this little battle that you'll never pay even if you lose the farce appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
