Strange e-mail problem

I use Mailbird as the e-mail client and have had no problems until very recently.  Now e-mail received from just one contact doesn't display the text of incoming messages.  The sender and recipient are shown as is the Subject.  If I view on the BT mail app on my phone, or on the BT site on my computer the text is displayed.
Any thoughts on what might be causing the problem.

    You could try:
    1. Removing Mailbird from you device. Then down load Mailbird again, run it and see what occurs.

    2. Download and try a different  Email client and see what happens.

    3, Are you using the free or paid version of Mailbird?

    I'm using the paid version.  Very strange today, I used my BT account to reply to the e-mail which didn't display the text in Mailbird.  When I went back into Mailbird, my reply showed, as did the text from the message I received.
    The BT e-mail client on my phone showed the text OK, and there hasn't been a problem with e-mail replies from any other sender.
