Claim Form - Horizon Parking

I have received a claim form this morning with reference to a parking charge from Horizon Parking Limited and more recently Gladstones Solicitors Limited.

I believed I had followed the guidance on the site so far and have never acknowledged or replied to correspondence from either Horizon or Gladstones, however I stand corrected if I have misunderstood something somewhere.

I attach the head page from the claim form and I would be extremely grateful if someone could point me in the right direction to explain how to proceed.

Thank You.

    1. read the newbees thread.
    2. What happened when you complained to the landowner?

    By the way - which car park is this for?

    1. OK, thank you.
    2. I haven't ever acknowledged or contacted anyone with reference to this.

    The PCN was for a national hotel chain in Cambridge

    Further escalation of my issue, I have made initial contact with Contestor Legal who responded very quickly but I havent given them full details yet, however I went to the " Money Claim Online " website to complete my Acknowledgement of Service form and have received the messages as below, does this mean the claim has been dropped completely or can I expect a new claim ?

    Nothing, if the 'mistake' claim is discontinued. Wait for a real one.

    I received the exact same "Claim Form" from Gladstones, the claimant is Horizon Parking. Amount claimed is zero. Only the court fee £35. When I logged into MCOL, it says:
    ===================
    Claim History

    A claim was issued against you on xx/xx/xxx

    Notification that the claim against you was discontinued was received on xx/xx/xxx

    ===================

    How likely are we to receive another claim form, with an actual Amount Claimed ?
