I received this email but overlooked it until now. Mediation setup for tomorrow. The bit in RED has me worried.

The confirmation of name and number of person conducting the mediation has already been given in the direct questionnaire submitted to the courts.
Do I need to submit this again? Clearly I have bypassed the 5 working days deadline.0 -
