No defense submitted

Good afternoon, 

I had received a claim form (for private parking) and I competed the AOS online however I never submitted a defence (has been a month since the deadline) and I haven’t heard anything back?! Do you know what is happening could I be in criminal records or blacklist for something like that?

Log in to MCOL and see what stage it's at. You'll probably see "judgment for claimant" on there, unless you're very lucky.

If you are lucky, email a defence now (why haven't you?) because the claimant can simply click a button and gain a default judgment, meaning you have 28 days to pay them.

You had to do the AOS online and then email your defence to the CNBC in Northampton by the 33rd day following the issue date on the top right of the claim form 

So check your MCOL claim history,  get a cut down defence logged on MCOL ASAP if no judgment for claimant has been entered 

Clearly you failed to complete the initial steps , possibly waiting for something to happen,  whereas they were waiting for you to keep going

Haha, criminal?! No.

But you will have a CCJ unless they haven't requested judgment yet. Check MCOL immediately and bung in a shortened version of the Template Defence IMMEDIATELY.
