Unless it for multiple PCN's DCB legal have not taken any one to court !2

They do sometimes go all the way to a hearing for Excel, VCS and Total Car Parks.
Although we've been seeing them discontinuing VCS and Excel claims recently.2 -
With respect, you have been given the information on how to deal with this in your other thread. DCB Legal deal with every single parking ticket in exactly the same way - in the overwhelming majority of cases, they discontinue when the Defendant follows procedures (outlined for you in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, post number TWO, and the Defence Template Announcement).be7 said:It's very hard to do to what to do when dcb are threatening to take you to court ..a lot of people say that they discontinue if you say you are going to court. Then obviously if it gets to court you're in a sticky situation if you haven't got a good Defence! We are currently in that position and not sure what to doThe process is nothing to fear. This isn't a criminal prosecution. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
