Parking fine claim form county court

Hi all please help!
I have looked through previous threads but find it all a bit confusing. I have received a claim form in relation to a parking fine that hasn’t been paid from nearly 6 years ago. I was the registered keeper previously (probably at this time but I can’t remember exact dates) however the vehicle was used by multiple people and I don’t know who the driver was on the day.
are you able to assist please with how I should respond and who to?
