Gods morning all
I have received the POPLA Appeal outcome:In this instance the PCN would need to have been issued within 14 days of the contravention, on this occasion this is not the case. The PCN does not conform with PoFA, therefore I must allow the appeal. The appellant has raised other grounds in their appeal, but as I am allowing the appeal, it is not necessary for me to address these.
Thank you all so much for your help and advice. This invaluable forum helps a lot of people like myself from paying out and throwing away our hard earned money unnecessarily. Keep up the great work!

Very good! You got lucky because Smart Parking has since left the BPA AOS and POPLA is no longer available to people.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
