ZZPS and All Parking Services UK Ltd Scam

I received a PCN whilst collecting medicines for my wife. My car was parked in a perfectly legal parking slot for no longer than 10 minutes whilst I cllected the medicines.

I looked at the pictures provided for the "Infringement" and took pictures of the parking spot as well as all the signs around the area and presented the evidence to POPLA. They rejected my appeal without giving a reason. It is obvious from the images that the car is legally parked and that POPLA process just issue blank rejections for any appeals. As such they add no value

Now I am being pursued for £170 by ZZPS who threaten to send GCTT Enforcement Agents to collect the £170.

This is fraud and I have contacted ZZPS today 23/04/2025 to advise them that if anyone comes to my door without a court Order, then I will ring 999 to get the police to remove them and take legal action against the Landlord, All Parking Services and ZZPS.

Th whole item has taken a toll on me and family and I wish these agencies were taken to task and abolished for what they are doing to shoppers in Heald Green.

I have registered a Police Complaint, Talked To Citizen Advice and will now talk to a solicitor to take legal action against all 3 parties envolved and I will ask for costs.

Please be careful when shopping in Heald Green, Finney Lane (Tesco,Coop car park) They are out to fleece you

It isn't 'fraud' and they are not sending anyone round. They aren't acting as bailiffs.

Please DON'T talk to a solicitor and DON'T talk to Citizens Advice. Totally unnecessary and your responses have merely shown the scammers that you have been sucked in.

POPLA will have said why you lost. There WILL have been signs up, but you don't pay this.

Don't ring anyone up either!

Show us the POPLA decision and a pic of the All Parking Services Notice to Keeper (the postal PCN - BOTH SIDES PLEASE - redact any QR Code and your personal/car data but leave all dates & times visible) and show us a pic of their signage.

Dare I ask what awful advice the CAB gave?
