Leeds BS online banking broken today?

Yesterday I made a withdrawal from a Leeds savings account with no problems.
When I tried the same thing today, I got as far as the system sending a 2FA confirmation code.
After displaying a rotating 'busy' icon for some time, a message appeared indicating the code had been sent to my email address.
However, no code arrived. I also checked my spam folder.
A short time later, the code arrived on my phone via SMS.
When I entered the code, it failed.
I logged out and tried again. The same thing happened.
I then tried to send a secure message. That also requires a 2FA confirmation code.
The system displayed a message-
'An error occurred trying to send your authentication code to your mobile, it has been sent to your email instead.
'
No email was received. After a delay a code did arrive on my phone via SMS.
The code was rejected.
I tried to contact them by phone but gave up after being sent around in circles by their automated call answering system.
Methinks Leeds don't bother to test their systems properly before deploying software updates.
Anyone else having similar problems?

It seems to be working again this evening. This time the system sent the withdrawal confirmation code to my phone via SMS rather than trying to use email as happened this morning.Maybe there was a problem with sending the code via SMS, so the system fell back to email, which also failed.Perhaps the new code sent via email invalidated the earlier delayed code sent by SMS.The email address held in my Leeds account details is correct, so I don't understand why that failed to arrive.1

Fair to say the problems may have been going on a while as I just got an email and text (24th April) saying a "deposit was received today", that was the deposit I made on the 17th April!0
