Thank you, I didn't copy all of shabib's defence, only paragraph 3. As I appealed as the driver, I've put that I'm the registered keeper and driver on the defence.

I have changed that as you recommended and I will be printing this off to sign and date tomorrow. Should I also submit this tomorrow or should I wait?

You don't need to do any printing. Electronic signature in a script font is fine.

Wait for others to comment, give people a day or more!

No need to print anything,  just add an e signature,  then save as a pdf document,  for attaching to the email

But do wait a week or more in case of further advice,  as advised above

Follow the advice in the newbies sticky thread about logging into your government gateway account and going to MCOL,  complete the AOS online according to the Dropbox link and then logout again,  no filling in anything else
    Hi Gr1pr and Coupon-mad,

I'm in a similar situation where I went over the time I paid for in a Euro parks carpark!  Just wondering why I wouldn't complete the form in the MCOL and submit a defence from there online?

    Thanks for your feedback!

See the advice in the template defence thread about why not to use MCOL.  You send your defence by email after completing AoS on MCOL. thereafter treat it as read only.
