Thank you, I didn't copy all of shabib's defence, only paragraph 3. As I appealed as the driver, I've put that I'm the registered keeper and driver on the defence.
I have changed that as you recommended and I will be printing this off to sign and date tomorrow. Should I also submit this tomorrow or should I wait?2 -
You don't need to do any printing. Electronic signature in a script font is fine.

I'm in a similar situation where I went over the time I paid for in a Euro parks carpark! Just wondering why I wouldn't complete the form in the MCOL and submit a defence from there online?
