Hi all,
Following placing an order with a UK based company for approx £1000 and never receiving goods, I made a county court claim against them. ( According to online reviews they have done this to multiple customers in the past)
10/24 Claim issued
12/24 Defendant changed address
01/25 County Court Judgement granted
I have a couple questions:
1. Am I obligated to update their change of address with the court (court has confirmed defendant was in receipt of claim as delivered by royal mail special delivery) and if so please advise on the process.
2. What is the best way to go about getting payment now, as I see there a multiple options.
Many thanks in advance

1) No idea
2) Are you 100% sure they are a UK company. A UK address does not neccessarily mean they have a presence hear. How did you pay for the goods?
Are they a Ltd company? Do they have assets to secure your debt? Getting the CCJ was the easy bit, getting any money less so.0 -
They are LTD, registered with companies house and yes they have assets.0

If they have identifiable assets then you may want to think about using an HCEO0
