Stop making it appear that an appeal is not available to a keeper and that handling an appeal is conditional upon the keeper having to state who was driving.

I will also alert my MP, with instructions to raise this with the MHCLG and I will require them to report CUP to the CMA who have new powers under the DMCC Act.

Ask your mate Derek at 'BPA Lawline' if you don't understand: the CMA can now fine companies involved in 'misleading conduct' up to 10% of your turnover. Want to be the first of many of your ilk?

You have a week to remedy your actions. A recipient of a NTK can appeal and the fact you chose to issue a Non-POFA NTK is your problem as a trader, not mine. Jog on. POPLA Code or cancel.

Just checking  -  C-m  -  "I will also alert my MP, with obstructions to raise this with the MHCLG...."

Should that be "instructions"?  -  (in case c & p used)

I'm so glad the above complaint worked.

  

The industry is rotten to the core and operators can't be allowed to get away with misleading keepers like that. They tried to hoodwink you into believing that only drivers can appeal.
