FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on 23 April 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00 a.m. on 3 June 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one prize consisting of two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) cash. 

 

The prize shall be added to the winners ITV Win profile. The winner must claim the prize within twenty-eight (28) days of being notified that they have won. If the winner does not claim the prize within twenty-eight (28) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited. 

 

To claim the cash prize, the winner must go to the ‘Profile’ link at the top of the Website and click ‘Cash Prize’. ITV will pay the prize into your PayPal account. To do this, choose the PayPal option and follow the simple steps. You can use a pre-existing PayPal account or create a new one. The cash prize balance in your ITV Win account will be set to zero and the money will appear in the winner’s PayPal account within forty-eight (48) hours. The winner may convert up to ten pounds (£10) of the prize to discount credits to be used on the itv.com/win website. 

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
