1) The prize comprises a one (1) night stay at Longleat for four (4) people including;

a)One (1) night at Longleat sharing a two (2) bedroom Keepers House

b) Two days entrance to Longleat Safari Park during stay

c) VIP Bronze Safari experience during stay

d) £1,000 spending money

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken before within 12 months of the winner being announced but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 15th December 2025 to 5th January 2026. The stay must be completed within the timeframe stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated within these terms and conditions.

4) Booking is subject to availability. 

5) A BACS transfer for the £1,000 spending money and travel costs included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed

6) The standard VIP Bronze Safari experience is for those age 8 and over. Where a guest is under 8 years old it is the responsibility of the winner to advise ahead of booking so that the younger guest can be accommodated, or a suitable alternative can be offered.

7) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

8) Neither 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. 9) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. 10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

12) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
