Smart pig - Student pay day loan

Good evening everyone, 

I hope everyone has had a beautiful day. 

Back in 2019, when I was a student, Smart Pig allowed me to take out a loan with them. I am pretty certain they didn't do any checks on if i could afford to take it back, as I had no job and was massively in my overdraft, but they allowed me to anyway. 

I am going through the process of trying to reclaim back some of the fees, I have emails from them dating back to 2019, with them referencing how much I have paid/owed but none of these contain any kind of account number. When I try and login to the website and locate my account I had with them, there is no way of doing this. When I try to email them, the email address is no longer in use.

It seems I can not go through the reclaiming process without the account number. Has anyone gone through this and has any advice?

Are they even still in existence as when I Google.then the info I can see says they ceased trading in 2019 and the only smart pig website I can find is for a US company rather than UK?

They targeted students, MSE called them "morally bankrupt". It turns out that wasn't just morally but actually bankrupt, they went into administration in 2023 and were dissolved so there is no one left to claim about.
