How To Stop Step Turning Dirty Green?

I recently had concrete steps made for my patio door and they keep turning dirty greenish and I have to keep pressure washing them..
The slab part of the step does not get as bad as the 2 concrete steps
Is there any treatment I can do to keep them clean?

The traditional way of treating them would have been give the steps a good wash and then rub with a pumice stone and lukewarm water, this would leave a residue of pumice on the steps, which looks quite smart.
Hard work lots of elbow grease and needs redoing periodically, hence why you do not see it nowadays1 -

Also offer is 2 at £19.98. not very MS, 600 m2 at £40 to treat 2 m20 -
Nothing will be permanent, and I've heard anecdotally that repeated pressure washing can make the problem worse by making tiny abrasions on the surface that allow plant material to collect.
For a quick and cheap option, neat bleach usually works. Obviously needs some washing off afterwards and you don't want to get it on yourself.0 -

I wonder if that is the same formula as WnF. Competition would be good.
I've recently become unable to be chemical free and a neighbour gave me some wet and forget. It kept the shaded green slabs like new for a year.
Wicks have a summer offer on a small bottle which works out cheaper than Amazon even with delivery. Good delivery service too.
I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
