Netgear Router - DOS Attacks on Log

I have a Netgear DG834G v3 router but recently noticed a load of DOS entries on the log. I have a dynamic I.P. which changes each time I reboot the router - however DOS entries are still coming through thick and fast.
No idea what's causing this as this hasn't happened for the last 18 months or so I've had AOL Broadband. Seems to have started since we had a fault on our broadband (constant dropouts) which BT tried to sort by fitting a new master socket.
The router has its firewall enabled & there are no firewall rules. I don't use P2P and the option to respond to ping is disabled in the router config screen (WAN Setup).
On a separate note my PC almost crashed earlier and wouldn't access the internet, messenger, or the router config screen - whilst shutting down it flashed up a blue screen error saying "BAD_POOL_CALLER" - as it's a one-off I'm not worried, unless anyone thinks it could be related to the DOS entries...
Grateful for any info on what's happening etc. and whether it needs any action

I wouldn't worry about, packets are flying all over the place, and some are hitting your IP.
bad pool caller is probably an unrelated driver issueEver get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
try switching the router off every so often. for a while.
you should then get a new ip address from aol.
it might help you.Get some gorm.0
