Experian Subscription - NEED TO CONTACT EXPERIAN!

I have recently had multiple credits from Experian in to my credit card account.
I seem to have been paying £14.99 a month to Experian for what I wrongly assumed was relating to my ClearScore account. Looking online I can see no link between an Experian subscription and the free ClearScore app. This is a big mistake on my part.
I am trying to contact Experian about this but they can’t find my details and without being a “paying customer” (which technically I am) you can’t contact them.
I may well have used my credit card details as verification for something years ago, but have inadvertently signed up to a subscription service that I have never actually used!
Anyone have any advice for contacting Experian to have this sorted out and whether I am entitled to any refunds considering I have never used their service? I understand it was a mistake on my part.
any help will be much appreciated!

I suspect you'll struggle to get them to refund the paid subscriptions, but I'm sure if you call to complain they can assist in getting you online access and cancelling your active subscription. Worst case send Experian a complaint letter stating you are cancelling your subscription, and then contact your bank to block the payments going forward.

FYI Experian doesn't have a free front end, only the statutory report, Clear Score is for Equifax

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Thanks for your response. The bit that irritates me about this is the number you’ve quoted is only accessible if you have a profile with them that is registered as a paying customer. I have entered my personal details, name DOB etc and it is not recognised as a customer, so I can’t get through to their customer support. My only option is to send a letter which I do find a bit ridiculous!

I actually signed up for a free account in the hope it’d let me get through to someone on the phone, but their lines are only accessible for those who pay. It looks like they’re taking payment from me but have no record of who is actually making the payments because I have tried various routes to try and recover a potential account and it doesn’t recognise any of my details, hence me signing up for the free service.
