G24, Parking fine for overstaying 10 minutes and 22 seconds

Anyway to challenge or get a successful appeal outcome for this? Parking limit was for 120 minutes, generally 10 minutes extra is allowed, in total the vehicle was for 130 minutes and 22 seconds. So roughly charged for 22 seconds. This is after valid purchases were made and no abuse of parking land.
how does the keeper find out what is the grace period of G24? Keeper has tried speaking to the retailer from where multiple purchases were made and retailer was not ready to help.

Grace periods are shown in the joint Code of Practice, issued by the IPC and the BPA
Regardless, complain about the PCN with copies of the purchases to the retail park management company, who employed G24, plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum ( not the retailer ) so same as in this thread below

You'll never pay this. You could try an appeal to see if G24 drop out at IAS stage as the CoP allows a minimum 10 mins grace (it's not a maximum!).
Ignore them if you lose at IAS.
NO PAYING.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

There is no appeal system in reality. The IAS kangaroo court will never ever allow this, so don't even bother.
I would just email G24, tell them you dispute their invoice as their timings do not accurately describe the time the vehicle was actually parked and say you were a legitimate shopper - see attached TK Maxx receipts. Therefore it will not be paid, and that as they now know this any £70 additional phantom "loss" is entirely at their own risk and irrecoverable. Don't call it an appeal. All you can do is let G24 know that this is not one worth throwing at DCB Legal for court action.3 -
