Hi Newbie here. As above, claim form recieved. Claimant, G24 Ltd
Address for sending doc's, DCB Legal Ltd
Claim form dated 16th April 2025 for an offence dated 13/02/2020
I cant remember receiving any Notices but it was over 5 YEARS AGO.
I recently started to get correspondence from DCB Legal which I chose to ignore.
Your help in this would be very much appreciated.

I doubt that any paperwork mentioned the word offence
It would have been a Parking Charge Notice, an invoice, from G24, for the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property, so I bet that the claim form POC mentions the word, contravention, not offence !
Not receiving paperwork is no defence

But its a lot better than if the free information and advice weren't available, put out by volunteers giving up their free time to assist victims unknown to thembirdcage44 said:Thanks for the comments but it is a minefield for a newbie2 -
Not if you read three or four threads like yours - it is very, very easy. Please do some reading of DCB Legal claim threads on the board today.birdcage44 said:Thanks for the comments but it is a minefield for a newbie
