Remortgage less than 6 month rule

Hi,

Had a flat for 3 months. 
Looking at remortgaging to buy another. 

Does anyone know of lenders who will do less than the 6 month rule ?
Also I've been in touch with some brokers but they are charging minium £600 to get a deal for me 

Anyways around this ?

    Maybe get this moved to the mortgages subforum? There are advisors on there who can tell you if it's a goer or not.
