    Hi CM, just returning to this after a year, I've finally had a court date set for this July.

    I am still yet to receive any WS from DCB Legal, only the court document so far. They have tried emailing and calling several times with a lower offer (£100) which I have ignored. I am currently withholding sending my WS/evidence until closer to the 14 day deadline.

    Is there anything else I have missed? Appreciate your advice please.
