Parking fine

Hi, 

just need advise if I should appeal against the parking fine issued by the council. 

My mother in law has dementia and mental health problems. 81 years old and unable to walk. I have recently applied for blue badge but not heard anything yet. 

My sister parked the car out of GP surgery and I can provide evidence of an appt and her health condition.  

The car was parked someone else before but my sister parked near the GP when my mother in law was coming out. 

The pictures I have seen clearly shows the sister was about to sit in the car. 

Do you think it’s worth appealing?

If it was council then it will be a penalty notice,  not a fine   ( magistrates issue fines   )

As its a council charge, you are best to post your query over on the FTLA parking forum website in the appropriate section there,  after reading their posting requirements first 

Try to avoid using a Hotmail email address when signing up
