IMHO, the company should install the flue so it doesn't leak. It's no excuse blaming the roof pitch.
Can you put an external photo on?1 -
Thanks for your reply. I too thought it was their responsibility and so far they have been out when called and tried to bodge a repair (no charge) but It's getting ridiculous
now. Photo attached.

They are responsible for the installation, so they are responsible for it leaking. Do you have home insurance? If so, do you have Legal Expeneses Protection? If so, call the Legal Helpline provided by your insurer.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1 -
Thank you , I will get on the phone tomorrow0

Shouldn't need mastic between the tiles - Looks like someone has been way too enthusiastic with the stuff. The tile closest to the verge (top row where the flue pokes up) appears to be cracked. In addition, it doesn't look as if it is seated properly on the tile next to it. Wouldn't be at all surprised if water is getting under that tile and tracking the short distance to the flue. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0
