1.    The dog-friendly cottage stay in Devon (Prize Draw) is offered by DogFest in conjunction with Hamptons, a trading name of Countrywide Estate Agents Limited, whose registered number is 00789476 and whose registered address is Cumbria House, 16-20 Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, LU7 1GN (together, the Promoter).

2.    Entry into the Prize Draw shall open at 3pm on 1st April 2025 (Start Date) and will close at 12pm on 30th September 2025 (End Date). Entries received outside of these dates and times will not be considered.

3.    Entry is open to residents of the UK, except employees of the Promoter and any other companies associated with the Prize Draw. Entrants must be aged 25 years or older at the End Date.

4.    There will be one prize winner in total. The prize is a four-night stay at Waterfall Cottage, Dalwood, Devon (Prize) and is subject to the booking and use conditions set out in clause 6 below.

 

5.    The following conditions apply in relation to the booking and use of the Prize:

 

a.    Maximum 4 people and 2 dogs.

 

b.    Prize to be used between 5th October 2025 and 15th December 2025

 

c.    Must be booked via the Air BnB platform and therefore work around existing bookings

 

d.    Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture.

 

e.    Check in after 4pm and Check out before 10am.

 

f.    No smoking in the cottage.

 

g.    Cottage to be left in the same condition as found. Rubbish to be taken out and fridge emptied.

 

h.    Full details of the location / entry system / what is provided in terms of bedding and towels etc will be provided upon the presentation of the Prize to the winner.

 

6.    No cash alternatives are offered and the Prize is not transferable. DogFest reserves the right to provide a Prize of equivalent or greater value where the stated Prize becomes no longer available.

 

7.    In order to be entered into the Prize Draw, entrants must comply with DogFest’s entry requirements stated for the competition you are entering. For example these may include ‘retweeting’ the competition or ‘following’ DogFest’s social media channel. Please see specific entry requirements on the nominated competition promotional channel on DogFest’s website.

 

8.    The winner will be notified via email or telephone before 5pm on Friday 3rd October 2025. Failure to respond to our contact with 10 days will mean unfortunately that the Prize is forfeited.

 

9.    Winners are chosen by random draw from the entries fulfilling the entry criteria unless otherwise stated.

10.    The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Prize Draw or alter the terms of the Prize Draw at any time.
