D. THE PRIZES

Parc Astérix tickets and hotel stay 

i. 4 tickets (max. 4 people) for 2 consecutive days at Parc Astérix. 

ii. One night stay for 4 (four) people at the Hôtel Les Trois Hiboux, La Cité Suspendue, Les Quais de Lutèce or in one of Parc Astérix's partner hotels, depending on Parc Astérix's opening calendar and hotel availability.

iii. Breakfast and dinner for 4 (four) people, administration fees and hotel parking charges are included.

iv. Not included: optional cancellation insurance, tourist tax (€1.70 per adult aged over 18 and per night for Les Trois Hiboux and La Cité Suspendue; €2.60 per adult aged over 18 and per night for Les Quais de Lutèce), return travel costs, food and drink for lunch, Parc Astérix car park, personal expenses.

v. Each stay is valid for 4 (four) people travelling together, until 3 January 2026, excluding Saturday evenings, bank holiday eves, public holidays, days when Parc Astérix is closed, evening events and special events. Stays cannot be combined with any other current promotion.

vi. Any unused stay at the end of its validity (3 January 2026) will be definitively lost and cannot be carried over.

vii. The winner will receive a personalised letter with details on the prize and how to book.  

viii. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

LeShuttle Ticket

i. The LeShuttle Short-Stay Saver ticket is for a car and up to 9 passengers. All travelling dates and times are subject to availability and must be booked in advance of travel. Ticket must be booked within one year from issue. Ticket is a 5-day return. Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day. ii. The winner is responsible for arranging their own vehicle for LeShuttle travel. LeShuttle's standard terms and conditions of carriage apply. These are available at www.leshuttle.com/uk-en/legal-information/conditions-of-carriage

iii. The LeShuttle Short-Stay Saver ticket does not include travel insurance, fuel, toll charges, food and drink, spending money, tax, pet travel costs or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above, and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

iv. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they (and any people travelling with them) are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents. Provide Advance Passenger Information (API) and has appropriate travel insurance and car insurance (including motor breakdown cover) for the trip in question on the travel dates specified.

v. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

E. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

i. After receiving notification by email from LeShuttle, the winner will need to respond to the message with their details to claim the prize. (See C.ii and iii.)

ii. The winner’s details will be shared with the prize partners for the purposes of fulfilling the prize draw. 

iii. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

iv. LeShuttle does not accept any responsibility if you are not able or are not eligible to take up the prize. No alternative prize will be available.
