I’ve been trying to contact parking eye for ages just can’t find anything anywhere, what a nightmare. I want to offer a payment plan as I have not got the money to pay in full. Can anyone help please

Yes, read the guides on this forum and then post the exact details of your parking issue. Do not pay and definitely do not try and speak to them.3

What happened when you just complained to the landowner to cancel the PCN (retailer, hospital or whatever)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Parking Eye are not a credit agent so can't offer payment plans that's why they take credit card payments, you should have come here first to get advice on their silly PCN you have obviously messed up the appeal.1
