Advised by email from MBNA that cover letter and details in my online service digital inbox.
So I have gone into my account to get the details. I see they have made some changes to the document delivery system. I can read the document on the screen ok, but cannot download it like I have done in the past.
Wondered if just me or whether they have pushed out a software change without testing it properly. Am using a Windows desktop. Anyone else with similar problem ?

Looks like this for me with download options and dialogue. Had to click "View" before they became active as per the dialogue. Using Firefox and Win11.

On my MacBook it's only letting me send the PDF to my iPhone by using AirDrop. Can't see any other ways to save it to my laptop.

No issue getting it via Android app or PC (Palemoon browser)
