The very first letter that I received I binned it after they rejected my appeal, I was very angry. I have 2 letters from GCTT only. This is what I tried to post here but I can't

I've just check, I have a email with appeal rejection but I found down that they used wrong date, the fine should be with date of 21/12 but they said 24/12? Three days later. On the pictures they used as a proof they says 21st but on the email issue date is 24th?

As you don't have the pcn then just forget this unless you get a letter of claim or you move house.
