Monument ISA transfer rate

Hi, can anyone confirm IF the rate is the same for a transfer into a Monument instant access flexible ISA As your existing 2526 allowance - I.e 4.76% AER.
It’s a bit confusing because initially they said that rate was only available for deposits made for your current tax year allowance not transfers, and then they added the feature to do a transfer and Wright next to that option is showing 4.7 6AER, but it’s not explicitly saying that’s the rate
