I’ve just tried to open a basic easy access savings account. It failed because it needs a ‘roll number’ of at least 3 digits, but the field is pre-populated with a zero and is greyed out.
I sent a secure message, but you can’t use the return button in the text field, so it’s just a long line of text.
I decided that if the website is this buggy I’ll put my money elsewhere, which is a shame having finally got the login issues resolved.0 -
3rd year running with 1 year fixed isa renewed April at 4.56% . They now have the app and I've had no issues on both app and online
I believe they've done away with the need for the use of authentication too.0
