Helical bar and roof supports prior to purchase.

Hi All.
Context: Homebuyers Survey and follow up structural engineer report have indicated some movement in the wall of the property we are buying due to failing lintels and some sagging in the roof due to unsupported ridge beam and purlins, along with ~70 missing bricks at the top of the gable wall joining the rafters. I have been trying to get quotes for the job before the purchase of the property but every roofer and builder is charging a callout fee or trying to sell me another survey.
These are alongside other, minor, issues flagged on the report. The structural engineer has forwarded the specifications to a builder he works with who has provided a quote for all repairs. My plan was to get 3-4 quotes and average them out, but I am finding it difficult to get quotes to compare this to. The bill has been itemised as per below. We are located in the West Midlands.
Our priority repairs:
Install a 2.5m Helical bar plus render repairs £325.00
Install a 3m Helical bar plus render repairs £390.00
Install 2 vertical supports to the roof ridge beam in the loft space £700.00
Install 4 vertical supports to the front roof purlin and 4 vertical supports to the rear roof purlin in the loft space £1,440.00
Reinstate approx 40 missing bricks to the LH gable wall at high level and approx 30 missing bricks to the RH gable wall at high level £600.00
Other suggested repairs:
Re-build the front garden wall LH pillar. Re-lay coping stones £450.00
Install 4 weep holes to the rear patio retaining wall and re-point crack £450.00
Erect a tower to gain access and re-bed approx 18 roof ridge tiles £595.00
I am keen to get an accurate quote for this as I do not want to anger the sellers unnecessarily but will need to renegotiate base on the quote given. Whilst all the suggestions have been deemed necessary in the reports, the "priority fixes" above are the ones linked to structure and support and therefore we believe are important. There are no apparent complications to the support work in the loft area.
Any insight appreciated.
Thanks,
-S
