Hi everyone! I have been involved in car accident 2 years ago !(never had been in this kind of experience in my life)! I was  starting reversing slowly especially near school and kids around check my blind spots , also i do have camera at the back he hit me at back left side! lLast year claim was closed my insurance told im fine not to be worried! Today i got phone call from insurance like the guy reopen the claim he has right to do this up 6 years! When this happened he came out from car started apologising, and felt sorry for him i didn’t want to make big deal because everyone knows me teachers, neighbours, friends and i have good relationships with them! He mentioned like to make deal with :me to fixed my car and he will fixes his car and not involved the insurance company !Anyway my car just cost me £100 for paint! After 2 days he text like i took blame and was asking from me£1500 cash(his car even not cost this money) obviously i was shocked why he changed his mind and started to play games with me, also threatening me because im a woman he should give a punch! This point a stopped any conversation with him and did inform my insurance! After august last claim was closed, reopened by him this month! My insurance says to accept 50-50! , because of highway code rule 202! Is seems like a nightmare! What about parallel parking between 2 cars, he didn’t stop before went in to my back, no indication! Any advice will be so thankful
