Vanquis Savings Bank - no payment showing

I set up an ISA and paid £100 in on Monday. Now it's Thursday and no payment is showing up. It should have been there by the end of Tuesday. Have sent 2 messages to Vanquis Savings Bank - no replies so far. Any suggestions?
