Promotional offers on Llloyds Bank credit cards

Not sure if it is only me by Lloyds have the habit of adding promotional 0 percent purchase offers on my credit cards but only by chance do i notice they are there. One in particular has had one since January 2025 for  20 months but never received any communication from them it was available. Also the same with Halifax credit cards.

I get regular e-mails from members of Lloyds Banking Group (have cards with Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland) wuth the offers and reminders when they are expiring.

Is your e-mail address up to date with them?

Halifax and Lloyds email me about the BT and MT offers on the cards but the rates are rubbish, might be limited by your communication preferences?

I get via email all the bt offers so I know the email address is good.  It’s only with the0% promo offers that seem to appear.
