Hi guys, I really need some advice. I received a letter for DCBL for an old parking charge a few months back, first time I’d ever heard of it as I changed address but I left it as I thought it wouldn’t progress. It’s 6 years at the end up next month but I’ve just got home today after 3 weeks working away and found a letter DCB LEGAL, letter of claim. The 30 days is up in a couple of days, what should I do ? Should I call them and ask to put it on hold ? Hoping it gets to next month and they can’t pursue any longer. What can I do as I just don’t have the money to pay for it

Obviously you don't call them!
There's already a bespoke reply to LBC in the second post of the Newbies thread. It already covers the address issue AND the 30 day hold request.
Send it by email on Monday.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

As above but don't mention the fact it is nearly out of date!2
