1) The prize comprises a three (3) night stay at a choice of either Mill Spring Holiday Cottage, or Nellys Nest Cottage near to Cannon Hall Farm for up to four (4) people including;

• Three (3) nights at either Mill Spring Holiday Cottage or Nellys Nest sharing two bedrooms.
• Admission to Cannon Hall Farm for four (4) people for one day.
• A meet and greet at Cannon Hall Farm on the day of your visit with Farmers Rob and Dave.
• £25 per person allowance to be used towards lunch at the White Bull Restaurant (provided in the form of vouchers upon arrival)
• A home delivered, cook at home, Meat hamper up to the value of £100 (or an equivalent Vegetarian alternative if the winner advises of dietary requirement) from the Cannon Hall Farm shop.  

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken before 30th June 2026 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 1st December 2025 to 5th January 2026. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

4) Nellys Nest is dog friendly and can accommodate a maximum of two dogs. Mill Spring Cottage has a strict no pet policy.  

 5) Booking is subject to availability. 

6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter/email from 5 and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

7) 5 will not accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

10) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

11) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

12) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

13) Accommodation and footage kindly provided by Cannon Hall Farm.

14) Bookings must be made through 5.
